There hasn't been much activity on this blog lately – or for the entire 2010 year to be completely accurate.
Unfortunately, not even today's Randy Moss rumors will changes that.
So as much as I'd love to post about Ole' 84 and other Vikings comings and goings, I have to admit that it's been difficult finding time to write about the team like I used to.
And because of that, I'm going to take a hiatus from blogging about the Vikings – not that I've done much of that since January.
I did this last year around this time and came back. However, this time I'm shutting things down for the rest of the season – not that anyone on the Vikings blogosphere would notice.

i will notice your absence and have lately. i always have enjoyed reading this blog for the past few years as a college student that loves the vikings and it is a shame that i won't be able to read anything from you again this year.

I've bailed on my youtube channel about the Vikings - I just don't have time for it. Still love the Vikes, still have time to read about 'em, but not much else.

I am wondering how you feel about somebody keeping the blog alive until you are ready to come back? I've enjoyed the blog. I also understand how short time can be.
After the collapse in the title game last year, I just haven't been emotionally invested with the team as I have been in the past. Sure, I watch the games, go through the motions and the like. And the heart did flutter a bit on the day of the Moss trade, but it's just not the same.
Maybe you're suffering from Vikings induced post traumatic stress disorder like me. Whatever the reason, stay well, and thanks for the insights.
